Conditions for space stations	Content
Blanket license	Applicable if the total number of space stations is 10 or fewer
Orbit	Non-geostationary orbit at an altitude of 600 km or below
In-orbit lifetime	6 years or less
Size	The smallest dimension must be 10 cm or larger
Mass	Including propellant, must be 180 kg or less
Frequency usage conditions	Must be compatible with existing operations and must not materially constrain the frequency usage of future space station entrants
